Before anything else, what specific concerns about AP do you have? We can help you address them here in the forum. I'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible with the best solution.

 

However, if you still wish to speak with one of our support representatives, refer to this article: QuickBooks Online Support. You may scroll down to the bottom part of the article to see their contact information. Or you can follow these steps on how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click Help on the top right of the screen.
  2. Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the description box. Then, proceed with Continue, and select Get a call back from the next available expert.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
