When you mentioned getting your screen back to the desktop, are you referring to the Desktop view in the QuickBooks Online Desktop App? If so, please know that this view has been removed, and all users have been moved to the new interface.
The option to switch back to the old desktop view is no longer available for any user. However, rest assured that only the design has changed, and all your data, workflows, and features remain the same.
