Welcome to the Community, chito1988. I’d like to share information on importing payments from Amazon Flex using the Amazon Flex debit card to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If your bank is connected to QuickBooks, it'll automatically download transactions up to a specific date. However, if your bank isn't connected with QuickBooks you can manually import your payments transactions using a CSV file.
Let me show you how:
- Sign in to your bank's website.
- Follow your bank’s instructions for downloading CSV files of your transactions to your computer. Please note that each financial institution has different procedures. Here are steps for Bank of America, Chase, and Wells Fargo.
- Check the date range for the download.
- Download your transactions and save the file to an easily accessible location, such as your desktop.
- Review the downloaded file to ensure that it is in the correct format before you proceed with uploading it.
Once you have reviewed the file format, you can proceed to Step 4 of this article to manually upload the transactions.
Additionally, I've added this article as your reference in categorizing your downloaded transactions: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
