How can I make a customer inactive, but still keep their information in the Customer List.

Hi there, @207-Admin.

Clearing the filters from a default Customer Contact list report will show inactive customers.

Let's start marking a customer as inactive by heading to the customers' page. Here's how:

  1. On the left menu, head to Customers & Leads, then select Customers.
  2. Select the customer you want to inactivate.
  3. Click the dropdown button and select Make inactive.
  4. Confirm the inactivation by clicking the Yes, make inactive button.

Then, let's run the unfiltered Customer Contact List report to show inactive customers and their information. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports page and search for Customer Contact List.
  2. Click the Filter button and select Clear All.
  3. Refresh the report.

You can also consider memorizing the report so you can access it easily in the future.
