Clearing the filters from a default Customer Contact list report will show inactive customers.
Let's start marking a customer as inactive by heading to the customers' page. Here's how:
- On the left menu, head to Customers & Leads, then select Customers.
- Select the customer you want to inactivate.
- Click the dropdown button and select Make inactive.
- Confirm the inactivation by clicking the Yes, make inactive button.
Then, let's run the unfiltered Customer Contact List report to show inactive customers and their information. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports page and search for Customer Contact List.
- Click the Filter button and select Clear All.
- Refresh the report.
