I hate using chat... that has NEVER helped me with my questions. We are now paying for LIVE BOOKKEEPING assistance. But on 3 separate occasions last week that I did call in for help, I spoke with 3 different people. And I spent at least 3 hours on those calls on all of them.
STILL to today, I have not gotten the correct answer I need, as they ARE NOT ADDRESSING the correct concern. I have tried to clarify, but when the agent logs my issue to be elevated... all they do is type away- but they are typing the wrong issue. AND I JUST WANT TO SPEAK WITH A REAL LIVE PERSON, and NOT GET ANOTHER UNRELATED EMAIL RESPONSE THAT DOESNT HELP.
And now I even have more (invoice/estimate/template/tax/reports) issues and other problems as a direct result of following the guidance and advisement from these bookkeepers..
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET A REAL PERSON CALL ME?
