I can't reply to Intuits email that they sent to me.

How can I send an email to Intuit, with a CASE # for Quickbooks Online Product Support

QuickBooks uses a no-reply email primarily designed to transmit business-related messages without having the option to receive one. However, for you to share the case number with one of our representatives, I suggest contacting our customer support team. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, select Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  •   Start a chat with a support expert.
  •   Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT for PlusEssentials, and Simple Start users. Advanced users can contact us anytime and any day.

I hate using chat... that has NEVER helped me with my questions.   We are now paying for LIVE BOOKKEEPING assistance.  But on 3 separate occasions last week that I did call in for help, I spoke with 3 different people.  And I spent at least 3 hours on those calls on all of them.

STILL to today, I have not gotten the correct answer I need, as they ARE NOT ADDRESSING the correct concern.  I have tried to clarify, but when the agent logs my issue to be elevated... all they do is type away- but they are typing the wrong issue.  AND I JUST WANT TO SPEAK WITH A REAL LIVE PERSON, and NOT GET ANOTHER UNRELATED EMAIL RESPONSE THAT DOESNT HELP.

And now I even have more (invoice/estimate/template/tax/reports) issues and other problems as a direct result of following the guidance and advisement from these bookkeepers..
