I have our basic invoice email template as the default, but I also have a template for paid invoices for the customers that keep a card on file, a past due template and a card declined template. As I'm invoicing, I have to stop and send each one that's paid immediately instead of having the option to send them as a batch. It's time consuming and I'm hoping there's a workaround. Hi there, Windy. It seems like you're referring to having different invoice message templates. When you mention a different invoice template, you will still be able to use the batch email function to send invoices to multiple customers with a unique email message template.

This works, thank you. To simplify it for anyone else looking, the issue is just in the combine forms in single email check box. Once that's not selected, the option to change the email template pops up.
