First off, may I know if you're referring to funds when processing payments using QuickBooks Payments? If so, please note that deposits may take up to 5 business days if this is your first time handling payments. The initial deposits or batches might take longer as we set up your account. Once the setup is complete, customer payments will be deposited more quickly into your bank account.

 

You can also review your email to view the detailed information about the payments you will receive. To check the current deposit speed for your product, you can visit this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
