To start, could you please let us know if you're referring to the classic view option when running reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Also, which report are you trying to run? Please note that only certain reports have the option to switch to classic view.
Here’s how you can switch to classic view:
- Hover over Reports in the left side panel and click Standard reports.

- Select the specific report you want to view.
- On the upper part of the screen, click Switch to classic view.

If you are referring to the previous QBO interface, please note that customers have been transitioned to the new user experience. The option to revert to the older view is no longer available. This update highlights advancements, including new AI features, improved navigation, and enhanced workflows.
