Welcome to the Community, @andrew147. Please note that QuickBooks Online Payroll may not be compatible with your existing check stock. Let me provide you with more information on this matter.
To check compatibility, you can print a sample check on plain paper and compare it against your check stock to see if everything lines up correctly. If needed, you can adjust the settings in your Print setup accordingly.
However, before proceeding. Please review first your default printing preferences for paychecks and paystubs.
Here's how:
- Navigate to Settings , then choose Payroll settings.
- Within the Printing section, click on Edit ✎.
- Decide the preferred method to print your paychecks or pay stubs.
A. For pay stubs on plain paper:
B. For paychecks on QuickBooks-compatible check paper: Select your QuickBooks voucher type (paycheck and 1 pay stub or paycheck and 2 pay stubs). Afterwards, click on Align check* to configure the alignment.
4. Click Save.
Alternatively, you can visit and order directly from the QBO Payroll compatible checks page: QuickBooks Checks & Supplies.
Are there any remaining questions or concerns about the compatibility of your check that you would like to discuss? Let us know so we can collaborate to identify solutions and address any issues efficiently.
