Welcome to the Community space, @saerenovations.

You can manually add a markup percentage to an estimate in QuickBooks Online to reflect your profit margin. While QBO doesn’t have an automatic markup feature for estimates, you can add your markup as a line item. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the +Create icon and choose Estimate.
  2. Under Product/Service, click Add New, select Service, and set up your markup item.
  3. Enter the markup amount as a percentage.
  4. Fill in the rest of the estimate details.
  5. Click Save to complete.
