Buy nowI have a vendor with billing that has the same category listed as 2 separate items. I want to add the 2 numbers together in the same box, but QB Online doesn't seem to know how to do that. I have tried putting = before the equation, like it were Excel, but that didn't work either.
It's the same as Desktop, except you need to press <Tab> after entering the equation. In Desktop, you could press <Tab> or <Enter>.
QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and QuickBooks Online (QBO) are two distinct accounting platforms with different features and functionalities.
While QBDT allows for instant calculations directly within an entry box, this feature is not currently available in QBO.

It works just like Desktop except you need to tab after entering the equation. Have you tried it?
