If you're referring to the Chart of Accounts, you can only modify the scaling, as options to adjust the width, size, or font are currently unavailable.
On the other hand, if you meant the General Ledger page, direct edits are also unsupported. As a workaround, you can export the General Ledger to Excel, where you'll have complete flexibility to customize it according to your needs.
Here are the steps to export your ledger to Excel:
- Go to Reports
- Enter General Ledger in the search bar.
- Click the icon near the three dots in the upper-right corner of your screen.
