How do I create a new statement?

Meanwhile, if you need to create a customer statement, we can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Select Sales from the left-hand navigation menu and click on Customers.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
  3. Choose the Create Statement.
  4. Double-check the customer’s email address, Statement Date, and Statement Type.
  5. Select Save and send.

You'll want to  generate a report  specific to your customers; we can use the Sales by Customer Summary or Sales by Customer Detail.
