How do I export all Transactions to Excel?

We've got some troubleshooting steps we can perform to export all transactions to Excel in QuickBooks Online (QBO), butterflyspirit27.

 

We can export your reports and lists into separate Excel files stored in a zip format, all in one go. It's important to adjust the date range to include transactions from the start of the year. Here’s the process:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Under Tools, select Export Data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the date range to year-to-date.
  4. Add items from the Reports/Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  5. Press Export to Excel.
