how do i find all the questions i've asked / when someone responds to one of my questions?

Haven't used this forum much.

I just asked a question on the forum. Then went to My Profile / Posts but I don't see the most recent question I asked there. So that means I have to keep the tab with my post open so if anyone responds I'm aware. That seems pretty inefficient.

Is there a way of actually seeing all my open posts and of getting notified when someone responds so I don't have to keep checking?

Welcome to Community, @Swordfish.

I'll share some information about using this forum. You're in the right place where you can check answers to your posts in the Community (My Profile). Just tap through the tabs (Replies or Posts) to refresh the page.

On the other hand, you'll be notified of the replies via the Notifications menu and in your email. This way, you won't have to keep checking on your posts.

Additionally, here are some articles that'll guide you along the way.

I'll be attaching this link here in case you need help with other tasks in QuickBooks Online. It has our general topics with articles, just look for a title that fits your concern.

Let me know if you still have questions or concerns with the Community forum or with the program. I'm more than happy to assist you. Take care and have a wonderful day ahead.

Thanks Shiella!

When I posted that question, when I went to my posts it wasn't showing my most recent post. I guess it takes some time to update.

When I goto Replies what exactly is supposed to be showing there? Under Replies the topmost post is from June 2020 where I'm thanking someone for something. All the other posts are also from me. Aren't replies supposed to be replies others made on my posts? For example, shouldn't this post from you be under Replies, since you're replying to a post of mine?

Hi @Swordfish,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I'll take care of these queries for you.

You're right when you said the Posts tab all your created posts. Just a quick heads-up, it includes posts you replied to as well. As for the Replies tab, it lists all posts you replied to, and not the other way around.

As for keeping tabs on your posts, you can check your notifications for that. See the screenshot below for reference:

This way, you no longer need to keep the posts open on a different browser tab. You can simply view your notifications, and check for any updates.

Let me know if you have other questions about going through the Community forum. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
