Hello there, Jhokane.
In QuickBooks Online, Error 390 typically occurs when a bank is upgrading its connection method, and the fix for existing users is to disconnect and then reconnect their account in QuickBooks.
Since you're still in the process of connecting your account for the first time, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. They can investigate the issue further and ensure your account connection is successfully set up.
Here's how:
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right corner of QBO.
- Go to the Assistant tab.
- Type "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
- Provide a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
- Choose your preferred option. Have us call you or Chat.
To ensure timely assistance, please check our support hours.
If the support team requires more time to resolve the issue, you can manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks as a temporary workaround. This way, you can manage them while waiting for the error to be fixed.
Once your bank account is connected, transactions will automatically download. To prevent duplicate entries, exclude those transactions to avoid redownloading them.
