How do I get a quickbooks refund?

I understand the challenges of having your funds held for an extended period, @deegeesbb. I'm here to help you navigate this situation and connect you with our customer support team for prompt assistance.

Funds are often put on hold to ensure the security and integrity of the payment process. This may involve reviewing transactions to protect the interests of all parties involved.

However, since your funds have been on hold for six months, I recommend contacting our Live Experts for immediate assistance. Given the nature of this forum, we don’t have direct access to your account details, speaking with a representative will help clarify the situation regarding your held funds and refund request.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Select the Help icon, then Search.
  3. Type in your question in the designated field, then Contact Us.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback for support.

To prevent your chats or calls from being disconnected, I recommend checking our support hours for prompt assistance: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.

Once you have settled your account, you can start receiving and processing payments again in QBO.

For your convenience, you can also view and download your processing statements in the Merchant Service Center to manage your financial information easily.

I appreciate your understanding as we work through this together. If you have further questions about your account, including processing payments and deposits, please don’t hesitate to click the Reply button below. I'm here to help you through this. Take care!
