How do I get invoices and estimates to show my business logo from the app. Uploaded it on a computer and estimates from my computer show it but it from my app

Viewing the business logo, you've uploaded using the web browser in the mobile app is currently unavailable, Jordan. Let me share further information about this.

When you upload your logo in QuickBooks through web browser, it saves to your account and appears on your invoices and estimates. Although the logo isn't displayed when creating estimates and invoices in the mobile app, it is still attached and visible to your customers once you will send it to them using your mobile app.

If you'd like to double-check, please follow these steps:
 

  1. In the QuickBooks mobile app, tap on Menu . Then select Invoices or Estimates.
  2. Select the customer and fill out the necessary fields.
  3. Click Preview on the upper right page of the screen.
  4. The logo doesn't appear on the PDF Preview page. However, you can click the three-line icon in the upper right corner to view the logo.


     
  5. You'll be routed to the Company Info page, where you can edit your logo and make the necessary changes.

 

To check on your end, you can also send a test invoice to see if your company logo is visible once you email your customer's invoices or estimates.
