When using QuickBooks Payments, you will need to link a credit card or bank account to receive customer payments. The great news is that we streamline and automate this process for you, Dion.
You can revisit your QuickBooks Payments account and make sure you're set up to accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, credit card, or ACH bank transfer.
Once done, your first set of payments, also known as a batch will be deposited within 5 business days. These initial deposits may take a bit longer as we work on setting up your account. Once everything is finalized, future customer payments will be deposited much faster.
