Buy nowHello there, @VTDavid.
I'll share information about linking your QuickBooks Time (QB Time) to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically integrates any new or edited information in QuickBooks with QB Time. Thus, it'll prompt you to create a new QB Time account in QBO. You'll need to enter your data manually into QBO.
As an alternative, you can export your data in QB Time since you have an immense amount of time data to add. Then, import it into QBO.
Otherwise, I recommend contacting our QB Time support team. They know the best process to manage your ten years' data to sync it into QBO from QB Time.
Here's how to reach out to them through QB Time:
Check their available hours so your queries will be addressed promptly.
To learn more about the integration preferences, check out this article: About QuickBooks integration preferences in QuickBooks Time.
For your visual reference, please visit this guide: Integrate QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online.
I'll be around if you need further assistance with managing your data. I'm very eager to help. Take care always.
