How do I make a account active after I marked it inactive?.

That's a good question, Jonesinspectioninc. I am here to help! Making an account active again is a straightforward process. Below are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account as an admin.
  2. Navigate to the Settings icon and select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Select the small Gear icon above the Action column and choose Include inactive. It will display all accounts, including inactive ones.
  4. Browse the list or use the search bar to locate the account you wish to reactivate.
  5. In the Action column, click on Make Active next to the account you want to activate.
