Here's how you can contact QuickBooks Online for help:
1. In your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Help (?) icon on the upper right corner of your dashboard.
3. Choose a tab to start:
- Assistant: Receive prompt, tailored responses. Choose one of the offered answers, or enter a question you need help with. You can still Talk to a Human if you feel that you require more assistance.
- Search: Simply search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base, select Contact Us, and select a method of getting in touch with us:
* Get a callback from the next available expert.
We are available from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
