How do I print a payroll schedule for the year?

I would be happy to assist you with this, leeann1.

You can generate either a Payroll summary or Payroll details report to print the payroll schedule for the year. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Reports, then Standard reports.
  2. On the search bar, type either Payroll summary or Payroll details.
  3. Click on the report to open.
  4. Once the report is open, you can adjust the report period to This year or customize it by choosing the dates.
  5. Hit on Apply.
  6. Click on Customize and check the box for Pay period to include your employees' pay period.
  7. Once done, hit on Run report.
  8. Select Export and choose Print or save PDF.

How do I print a payroll schedule for the year?

The question was: "I need to post a payroll schedule with payroll periods for the employees, where do I find that?"

A report of past payrolls will not create a payroll schedule for the year to post for employees. They're two completely and totally different things.

Did you answer the question? No you didn't.

Did you even read the question? I doubt it.
