How do I print a vendor bill?

Thanks for reaching out to us, Bobina.

The option to print vendor bills is unavailable. I understand how critical it is for your company to print those bills. This would be a fantastic enhancement for future development, and I encourage you to provide feedback so that our Product Development Team can look into it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your product suggestion.
  4. Click Next to submit.

In the meantime, you can open the vendor's bill and print it directly from your browser by pressing CTRL + P on your keyboard. You can also run and customize the Transaction List by Vendor report to access the bills. Then select the print option.

  1. Click Reports on the left panel.
  2. On the search bar, type Transactions List by Vendor.
  3. Under the Report period, select the correct date.
  4. Click Customize button.
  5. Go to the Filter tab, then choose Bill from the Transaction Type dropdown.
  6. Hit Run report.
  7. Select the Print icon to print the report.
