How do i print address labels

Hello, Wah.

 

I'm happy to see you posting in the Community. I'm here to lend a hand with printing customer mailing addresses.

 

Currently, QuickBooks Online cannot print customer addresses on labels. I'd recommend sending feedback to our product engineers. They can examine that and possibly include it in the upcoming version.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon on the upper right side. 
  2. Click Feedback under Profile.
  3. Type your suggestion in the box and tap Next

 

 

QuickBooks has a website where you can vote and give feedback for all future suggestions. For more details, visit this link: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.

 

 As an alternative, I'd suggest printing a Packing slip or Contact list report and attaching it to the object or shipping pouch. 

 

 Here's how to modify the report and print it:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. In the search field, type Customer Contact List report.
  3. Click the button Customize.
  4. Put a checkmark in the box next to Billing and Shipping Address under Rows/Columns.
  5. Put a checkmark next to Customer and choose All under Filter.
  6. Click Run report and then tap the Print button.

 

To print the packing slip, follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and choose All Sales.
  2. Check the boxes next to each invoice or sales receipt which you want to print.
  3. Click the Batch Actions drop-down.
  4. Choose Print packing slip.

How do i print address labels

It's great knowing you already have a template and mailing list, JS1757.  Let me help you move this to QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

If you want to import your mailing list to QBO, we can navigate to the Customers & Leads menu. Please know that before importing, the file size should be 2MB or 1000 rows. If you need to import a list larger than that, it's best to split it into multiple imports.

 

Here's how to import your mailing list:

 

  1. Go to the Customers & leads, then choose Customers.
  2. Click New Customer, then select Import Customers.
  3. To import, select a CSV or Excel file to upload or Select Google Sheets.
  4. Select Next.
  5. In the Your Field column, select each small arrow icon. Then, match your field to the corresponding QuickBooks Online field.
  6. Select No Match if you have a field that doesn't have a matching column in your spreadsheet.
  7. Confirm your contacts. Uncheck any that you don't want to save.
  8. If everything looks good, select Import.

You can also move other lists in QBO so you don't have to set up your items from your list individually.
