How do I print the summary sales page in quick books

Welcome to the Community, @jcpower1956. I'm glad to show you how to print your entire sales page in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can either run a report or go to the Sales window to print your entire sales. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on Sales on the left pane, then click All Sales.
  3. Make the necessary filter from the Filter dropdown to get the details of your sales.
  4. Tap on the Print icon to print the sales.
  5. Click Print.

If you wish to use a report to print your sales, run the Sales by Customer Detail or any sales-related report that will fit the entries needed. I'm adding these links for more tips about running, customizing, and printing reports in QBO:

As you handle your sales and other customer transactions in QuickBooks, you can review the self-help articles from this link as your guide in the future: Topics about your company's income and customers.
