How do I provide feedback to QuickBooks? I had a support agent hang up on me when he didn't know the answer to a question.

I was hoping for a follow-up survey or email but got nothing and haven't found any way to contact them for non-sales or non-support issues.

I understand how important it is to address your concerns through our live support. Rest assured I'm here to help you submit a follow-up survey about what happened during your call. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support again and stating your feedback. We'll take note of your feedback and help you achieve your goal. In case you have feature request or product comments you can also send a feedback directly to our product engineers.

 

Here's how:
 
  1. Select the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
  2. Fill in your suggestions in the Feedback field.
  3. Select Next to send it.

Thanks @MarkAngeloG, though your suggestion to call support back puts the burden on the customer to follow up on service experiences.

 

If you pass along any feedback, please let it be that there needs to be a built-in feedback mechanism for support. This is standard practice across many industries, and not providing a mechanism for feedback is akin to telling customers that QB doesn't care.
