Thanks @MarkAngeloG, though your suggestion to call support back puts the burden on the customer to follow up on service experiences.
If you pass along any feedback, please let it be that there needs to be a built-in feedback mechanism for support. This is standard practice across many industries, and not providing a mechanism for feedback is akin to telling customers that QB doesn't care.
