Our clients are reaching out asking if we've been hacked because we're sending our invoices from QBO. QBO, by default, has added a new preview text line that says, "you can pay now your invoice..." Obviously, in the United States, this type of grammar throws up red flags for email recipients, especially recipients in AR that are always watching for scammers. In the United States, the correct sentence structure would be, "you can now pay your invoice." All Intuit needs to do is simply swap the words "pay" and "now," but they can't seem to figure out how to do this. Really makes me nervous about trusting this company with our financials. Will this ever be resolved? We've already reported the bug using the gear icon, so please don't ask us to do that again.
This is very frustrating that it can't be edited or overridden. Would like this resolved or given the ability to fix.
I recognize that every company has different needs, RedTagRuss and thebillhenry.
I understand the relevance of how your invoice emails appear when sending them to your customers. As per checking, there is an ongoing investigation (INV-87997) relating to your concern, and we've received multiple customers reporting the same issues. Don't worry, our product developers are already aware of this matter and are implementing measures to enable modifications to email invoices so you can get back to business and manage your sales transactions seamlessly.
While this investigation is still in progress, it's best to contact our Customer Care Team to have your account information added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive updates regarding the investigation status and ensure to keep you going when working with your QuickBooks tasks.

This should be a simple fix. Why has this not been resolved?
when will this be fixed?
Circling back here. When will this grammar mistake be fixed?
Hey there, RedTagRuss.
I want to make sure the wording on your customers' invoices is corrected in QuickBooks Online.
If you haven't already, I recommend reaching out to a member of the QuickBooks Online Support Team using the steps mentioned above. Agents have the necessary tools to check the status of the fix.
Additionally, you may want to submit feedback on your side as well. This can be done directly through your QBO account. Here's how:
1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter the issue and choose Submit.
Doing so will send a notification to the product engineers to let them know about what you've seen with the strange wording. Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions while this is being resolved.
we've already tried this. They have been no help. We've also called your office. No help. The issue was discovered on May 17th. Still no update. All your team needs to do is correct the improper grammar. Literally, it's swapping too words to keep our emails from sounding like a scam.
