How do I renew my subscription

Welcome to the QuickBooks family, @info563.

 

I can show you how to renew your QuickBooks Online Subscription.

 

Your subscription should automatically renew if you have updated billing information. If it's already inactive, you should see a prompt to resubscribe as soon as you sign in to your account.

 

I suggest you proceed with going to the Account and Settings section to perform the process. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company. 
  2. Select the Gear icon in the right corner, then choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click on Billing & Subscription, and then press Resubscribe for the inactive subscription. 
  4. Key in the updated billing information. 
  5. Go to Subscribe.

After following the steps above, follow these instructions to ensure your subscription updated correctly:

 

  1. Log out, then log back in again. 
  2. Pick the Gear icon, then choose Account & Settings
  3. Click on Billing and Subscription, then check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact our Customer Support Team to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
