I can show you how to renew your QuickBooks Online Subscription.
Your subscription should automatically renew if you have updated billing information. If it's already inactive, you should see a prompt to resubscribe as soon as you sign in to your account.
I suggest you proceed with going to the Account and Settings section to perform the process. Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select the Gear icon in the right corner, then choose Account and Settings.
- Click on Billing & Subscription, and then press Resubscribe for the inactive subscription.
- Key in the updated billing information.
- Go to Subscribe.
After following the steps above, follow these instructions to ensure your subscription updated correctly:
- Log out, then log back in again.
- Pick the Gear icon, then choose Account & Settings.
- Click on Billing and Subscription, then check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact our Customer Support Team to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
