SUMMER SAVINGS 90% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months* Ends June 27
Buy nowI have an invoice I send every month and have never had a problem. All if the sudden I got a notice that my invoice was not sent due to a "delivery issue" and that QB is "unable to reach..." the email address. This happened recently with one other email address as well. I have verified both and they are receiving emails from everyone else but QB. I've been using QB for many years and have only had this problem in the last month. Thanks for any insight or help.
An email can bounce or not reach the recipient if the email address is incorrect or if there is a temporary issue with the email server. Be sure to link the correct email address to each customer account so they receive their invoices and pay you on time, redtwigyoga.
If you sent the invoice to multiple recipients, we can’t specify which one failed. This means if the invoice failed to deliver for 1 of 3 recipients, the status will say Undeliverable.
Here’s how to see when the invoice is undelivered to your customer:
You can also have your customer check their junk and spam folders.
And we need to ensure that both your email address and the customer's email address are correct.
You can refer to these articles that can help you regarding the issue:

I'm having the same undeliverable issues sending to emails that have gone through in the past. The emails are still verifiable. Only QBO is having an issue with them.
I too am having these issues on all email invoices. Both addresses are correct. This just started happening last week on QB online.
Thanks for getting involved with this thread, lewdtc.
If the troubleshooting covered in Jeff_S's post didn't solve the delivery issues with emailing invoices, I'd recommend asking an IT expert to help you with adding the QuickBooks mail server host names and IP addresses to your outgoing mail server's allow list. This helps your QuickBooks emails not be mistakenly marked as spam.
The steps for adding host names and IP addresses depends on your email setup.
Here's a list of Host Names and IP addresses the IT expert needs to add to your allow list:
If you need to specify a subnet mask, you can use 255.255.255.255.
After your IT expert is finished, your customers will be able to receive emails you send from QuickBooks.
If the delivery issues continue, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Have an awesome Friday!
