How do I setup SEP IRA under Quick book payroll online as it is not available under Retirement plan options?

When setting up a deduction for a Retirement plan, the supported plan you select will automatically set up a company contribution item to be used if needed. The reason why it won't show is that, the SEP IRA is not supported,

Since your plan is not supported, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support team so we can do corrections for the first year at no charge. You may be required to pay for the corrections for subsequent years.

What is the charge for corrections going forward? I already called and spoke with an agent, and they never informed me about corrections/charges for SEP IRA.
I already spoke with an agent, but she did not inform me about corrections. She just said we don't support it. Can you provide more details and what are the charges for moving forward?
Also do you have more details on what is "Company-only plan"?
