As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to turn off the pop-up messages while in QuickBooks Online. In the meantime, it is recommended to click the X, No thanks button to close them.
With the said option is not available, I'd recommend letting our product developers know about your request by sending feedback. You can do so by following the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter a few words describing your request. Say Turn off prompt messages related to ads.
- Click Next.
