Hello mdistrict.plumbi!
Welcome to QuickBooks Community. I understand that you need to undo the changes made to your quote/estimate. I'm here to help you.
Although we're unable to undo the changes, your activities are tracked for future reference. You can pull up the audit log to see what are the changes made. Then, you can use it to edit the estimate again.
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Audit log.
- Select Filter and utilize the fields to narrow the results.
- Tap Apply.
Once done, look for the quote. It should have Edited Estimate No. ### or Added Estimate No. ### on it. Click the View button to view the details.
If you need to customize how your sales forms look, you can check the detailed steps in this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Should you have any other concerns about quotes, feel free to reply here. If you have questions about your transactions, let me know the details and I'll help you out.
