You can find these reports in the Reports page of QuickBooks Online. Since you're unable to find them, I'd like to ask how it looks like on your end when you try to pull them up? Any additional information or screenshots you can provide me will help to ensure a timely solution.
In the meantime, try to log into your account using a Private Browsing window and try to prepare these reports again. This is a good way to isolate and verify whether this issue is caused by the system or your current browser.
I'll provide the keyboard shortcuts below that will help you accomplish this in all supported browsers:
Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
These private windows load all pages by downloading a fresh copy of everything you see on the screen, which may help resolve this.
