How do you Data Refresh in the app?

The current article dated Dec 2022 tells me to go to Help on my iOS app and click the Data Refresh button.  There is no Data Refresh button, likely due to updates.

So how do refresh data now?

How do you Data Refresh in the app?

The latest update for the iOS version of the app still has the Data Refresh button in the Help menu. We have an article about this for more details: See Your Latest Data in the QuickBooks Online App.

 

If you can't see the refresh button, you'll want to temporarily uninstall the app and install it back again. Here's how:

 

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.

 

After that, follow these steps on how to install the app once again: How to Download the QuickBooks Online Mobile App.


Once done, log back in and check if you can already see the option to refresh your data.
