How do you dispute an entry downloaded in bank transactions

There is a line item downloaded in the bank transactions feed with minimal bank detail description.  Its not a normal recurring transaction and its money being removed from our checking account.  How do I go about disputing this transaction?

Is it possible for a customer support representative in QBO to provide further transaction details for the origin of the transaction downloaded like the vendor name?

The only details showing in the bank details is Cash deposit processing.  Is there a customer service representative in QBO that can help see further information to ascertain what this could be?
