How do you duplicate an estimate or invoice after QB new format?

Hi,

I use to be able to click a button at bottom of an old estimate and click duplicate for a reorder.

After the new QB changes a few days ago, that option isn't there. How do I do it now?

It was really time saving to do that and very helpful.

I can see how this feature will be beneficial for your business. Let me elaborate on some details about this, PP4Y.

For now, the option to duplicate an estimate or invoice is unavailable. You can send a request to our developers' team so they'll know how important this is to our company.   To send feedback, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

This helps improve your experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Also, you can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests.

In the meantime, you can switch back to the old format to duplicate your sales form. Here's how:

  1. On the left navigational bar, click the +New button.
  2. Choose Invoice or Estimate.
  3. On the top-right corner, click the Old layout button.
  4. Tap the Switch layout button.
  5. Enter or select the necessary details, and then the click Leave and submit button.

Moreover, customers can pay via credit card or ACH bank transaction. Check out how you can do this by following this article: Take And Process Payments In QuickBooks Online With Quickbooks Payments.
