In the interim, have you tried using a private browser to complete your task? Let’s try that if you haven’t. To access a private browser:
- Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox and Internet Explorer: Press Shift + Ctrl + P
- Safari: Press Ctrl + Option + P
If you’re able to accomplish your task in a private browser window, you’ll want to clear your cache in the regular browser to clear up the error.
