Hi @jacquie5,
Welcome to the Community. I can show you how to pay multiple bills in QuickBooks Online.
You can use the Pay Bills option to pay open bills from different suppliers at once. There are checkmark boxes beside the transactions to make the task easier for you.
Here's how:
I've also attached an article you can use to snap a photo of your bills using a mobile device: Upload your receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online.
Fill me in if you have any further questions about entering supplier payments in QBO. I'm always here to help. Take care always.

Thank you very much! That was perfect!
Thank you for the info!
do you need a particular version of QBO to be able to process a batch payment to multiple vendors?
You’re in the right direction for assistance, @dinker.
Batch payments for bills and invoices are available for Essentials, Plus, or Advanced QBO plans. With these plans, you can separately enter the bills you received. Then, pay all of them at once using the Pay bills option.
For the Simple Start subscription, you can simply write a check and enter multiple expense line items that represent the bills.
You can also follow the steps below to utilize the Pay bills option:
For more information about managing bills in QBO, you can check out this article: Enter bills and record bill payments in QuickBooks Online.
Don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have any additional concerns, and I'll get back to you right away. I'm more than happy to help. Have a great day!
If you are using QBSE or QBO Simple Start, You can still sign up for a separate Melio account for free to manage and pay your bills, but you can't sync them directly.

Hello,
I am able to do all that is described above, however the maximum number of bills I can select are what is shown on the page at the time. I can increase the maximum to show me 350 bills, but I normally need to pay about 1000 at a time to one vendor. How can I select this many quantity of bills to process in one payment?
Hi there, @lexipop.
Having the ability to select more than 350 bills to process in one payment would help save data time entry. I encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending a feature request in the Feedback section within QuickBooks. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.
Here's how:
Additionally, if your bank is connected to QuickBooks Online, you can use the Find Match tool to link a payment to multiple bills.
You can always drop by the Community if you need help with tracking bills and recording the payments. We'd be happy to help.
