You can print a W-4 form from the IRS site or the Forms section on the Payroll Tax Center page in QBO. To print your employees' 2020 W4s in QBO, you'll have to visit the Employee Setup Forms menu, select the employee name, and click the W-4 link. For the step-by-step guide, here's how:

1. Go to the Taxes menu.
2. Select Payroll tax.
3. Under Forms, select Employee Setup. 
4. Click the small arrow ▼ icon to choose the employee you want to print a W-4 form for.
5. Select W-4. 
6. Choose View, then print the form.
