The speed of your deposit depends on the product you're using and the type of payment being processed, @nevisarlene
For new QuickBooks Payments users, the first set of payments will be deposited within five business days because we are still setting up your account.
Standard deposits are processed daily, except on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In contrast, instant deposits are processed every day of the year without exception.
For credit card payments processed before 3 PM PT, the funds will be deposited into your account the next business day. Payments made after 3 PM PT may take up to two business days to deposit.
Please note that manually entered ACH payments may experience delays due to additional security checks.
If you’re using QuickBooks Online, you can check the status of your deposits within the software or by visiting the Merchant Service Center.
