Hi Tracy, cancellations are applied at the end of your current billing period. Refunds can take 7–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
If it’s taking longer than expected, I recommend contacting our Live Support team to verify your account status and process it accordingly.
Here's how:
- Go to the (?) Help icon in the top-right corner.
- Click Search, then enter a keyword related to your concern.
- Select Contact Us.
- Briefly describe your concern, then press Continue.
