How to add email address and customer address to the transaction list by customer or a similar report?

If you're using the Advanced version, we can customize the Transaction List by Customer report to include fields for your customer's email and address. For other versions, I have a workaround to recommend. Consider me as your partner in this, Joy.

Here are the steps to add the email information and address using Advanced:

  1. Head to the Reports menu and enter Transaction List by Customer in the search bar.
  2. Click Columns, then tick the Delivery Address and Bill to options.

If you're using Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus versions, it isn't possible to directly add a field for your customer's email and address to the report.

However, we can still obtain the information you need by generating the Customer Contact List and Transaction List by Customer reports. Then, manually consolidate these details outside of the program.

Furthermore, are you looking to enhance your QuickBooks experience? I'm excited to share that you can connect with our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team. They are here to help you generate the reports you need to manage your finances effectively.

Moreover, you have the option to memorize the reports you've customized. This feature saves you time by eliminating the need to go through the customization process again.

After customizing your reports, you'll easily have a comprehensive overview of your customer's address, transactions, and email information. If you have any questions, ask me anytime. This thread will remain open, Joy.
