Currently, QuickBooks does not support merging the Bill approver role with permission to view company reports, @cmpfgtreasury.
As a workaround, you can invite your employee using different emails for each role: one for the Bill approver role and another for the View company reports role.
Alternatively, you can assign them a Standard all access role. Not only will this allow them to approve bills, but it will also enable them to view company reports. However, please note that this role also grants access to other areas in QuickBooks.
You can also provide feedback about this to our Product Development Team by following these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under the PROFILE column, select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Click Next to submit.
