I am an Intuit full service payroll user. I can’t get to “ chat “ through the icon HELP in the top left corner. I click HELP> need support, contact us and I am taken to the quickbook community- and do not get an opportunity to CHAT.
I researched and did find that the chat link doesnt work online payroll. It is a known issue.

(So I have to click a new link to get the opportunity to chat)
