How to create a statement of activities by by class with only the class totals appearing and without the individual subclasses appearing

To show only the total amounts of the main classes in the Statement of Activities by Class report, we need to filter out the sub-classes, Michael.

Let me guide you through the steps:

  1. Navigate to the Reports menu.
  2. In the search bar, enter Statement of Activities by Class to locate the report.
  3. Click the Filter option in the upper right corner.
  4. Select the class drop-down menu and choose the parent class.

If you would like to personalize your report or modify it to align with your business preferences, you can refer to this article: Customize Reports in QuickBooks Online.

Customizing reports in QuickBooks Online is essential for accessing important information to grow your business. Working with a QuickBooks Live Expert will help you with your financial data for better decision-making and business development.

Additionally, you have the option to export the report, which allows you to share and access the data whenever you need it.
