- Open a web browser on your mobile device.
- Enter this link: https://qbo.intuit.com.
- Access your QBO account.
- Go to Sales, then select Customers.
- Select the specific customer you want to create a statement.
- In the Action dropdown, click Create statement.
- From the Create statements page, choose the Statement type you want to create.
- Select the appropriate Statement Date.
- You can click Print or Preview if you want to send a hard copy to your customer. Otherwise, click Save and send.

If you want to create a customer statement in batch, click on the Name box. The Batch action dropdown will appear, and then you can select Create statements.
