The option to show patient names in customer statements is unavailable, @sheena13. Currently, statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO) don't offer the same level of customization as invoices.
You can only customize the display of each transaction on a separate line and include an aging table at the bottom. Check out this article for more details: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.
As a workaround, download the customer statement and modify it with the information you need outside QuickBooks.
To download the form:
- Go to the Sales menu and select Customers.
- Select the customer whose statements you want to download and edit.
- Click the Statements tab.
- Choose a statement and select Print or Preview to open the statement as a PDF file to print or download.
In the meantime, I recommend submitting direct feedback to our Product Engineers. They can study this feature and consider adding it to future product updates. Follow the steps for guidance:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then select Next to submit feedback.
You can visit our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website to track the status of your submitted feedback.
