Turning off permanently the suggestion pop-ups is unavailable. Those are designed to guide and suggest you on how to optimize your QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience.
As a workaround, let's enable the pop-up blocker of your browser. This prevents pop-ups to show up. Here's how:
- Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
- Select Site settings (Google Chrome) or Permission for this site (Mozilla browser).
- Hover to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and select Block from the drop-down menu.
For Safari browser:
- Open your Safari browser.
- Click Safari, then Preferences
- Select Websites at the top
- Click Pop-up Windows on the left sidebar
- Then select Block in the pop-up menu for website.
