You can export data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to Google Sheets depending on your plan, Jessica.
The option to export data to Google Sheets is available only in the Advanced version of QBO. If you're using other versions such as Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus, you will need to upgrade your subscription to access this feature or opt to integrate a third-party application to do this task.
If you're using QBO Advanced, here are the simple steps to export data to Google Sheets:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Open the report you want to export.
- From the Export dropdown, select Export to Google Sheets.

- Enter the verification code sent to you.
- Select Get started.
- Review the permissions, then select Allow.
- Sign in to your Google account, if prompted.
- Your QuickBooks data is now linked to Google Sheets.
